Let us mention something before we start with the information about our services: of course, you could create a video by yourself, and there are some (!) decent videos posted that are created by realtors, but these are really the exception! Most of the videos out there are, let’s say it politely, not really how you want to present your company, yourself and the property! Blurry photos, low resolution, all kinds of distracting noises, shaky videos, fingers of the person behind the camera pointing around, 60 to 80% of the screen is border, the videos are not “responsive” (they don’t adapt to the size of the screen they are watched on), i.e. very often you have to scroll left to right and back to see the full video, etc. – even 90% of the realtors who are part of big organizations, which provide software to create videos don’t use this software properly. Yes, you would save the expenses you would have for a professional made video, but…. Think about it for a moment: even a bad/horrible looking self-made video takes time to produce, your time, time you can use to make more money than you would spend on a professionally produced video! Also: our videos don’t cost you an arm and a leg!
